Searching old German book-collector forums (the ones that look like 2006 forever), I found a thread from 2009:
Suche: Zufallszahlentafeln Bd. II, Akademie-Fachverlag 1964. Zahle jeden Preis. Ernsthafte Angebote per PN.
"Looking for: random number tables vol. II, Akademie-Fachverlag 1964. Will pay any price. Serious offers by private message."

Fourteen years ago, someone was looking for exactly this book, and was willing to pay any price for 250,000 digits of nothing.
