Sunday. Valentina's mother called on Wednesday: Valentina wants to know if she can bring Pelusa to visit. "He keeps going to the door."
They came today. Pelusa ran through the house checking every room, then lay down in his old spot under my desk.
Valentina asked what the yellow machine is. I explained the equator, the 240 metres, the corn, the hat. She listened to everything with a very serious face and then asked if she can come on the equinox.
She calls him Pelusa when she's talking to him and Paralelo when she's talking to me. So they'll come every Sunday.
